This role exists because our customers and our team are growing. We need someone who can be the technical backbone of our managed services function -- the person others trust when things get complex, high-stakes, or just need to be done right.

As Lead Technical Services Engineer, you'll:


Own the technical quality of our Azure managed services

Act as the senior escalation point for complex Azure issues

Guide and mentor engineers, raising the bar across the team

Design, improve, and document standards, automation, and best practice

Work closely with leadership to shape the future of our Azure offering
