This is a hands-on leadership role for a ticketing expert who wants to shape strategy, lead brilliant people and deliver seamless, world-class ticketing operations across multiple venues and events.
What you will be doing:
Owning the end-to-end ticket operations strategy, turning plans into flawless delivery across all venues and events Leading and developing the Ticket Operations team, setting standards and building capability Managing complex ticketing systems and technologies, from manifests and mobile ticketing to access control Working cross-functionally to maximise ticket sales, attendance and customer experience
What we're looking for:
A leader with strong experience in ticketing, event operations or large-scale live environments Someone confident to manage systems, processes, suppliers and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Someone that is detail-orientated with a passion for creating great customer experiences
