ResponsibilitiesAs L&D/Coaching Lead Trainer, you will be responsible for ensuring learners/apprentices successfully complete their programmes whilst meeting employer/partner needs to extend our reputation as a leading training provider. You'll work collaboratively with learners and employers, your responsibilities will include:
Engage and motivate learners, apprentices and employers towards timely and successful completion.
Design and deliver high quality live workshops, activities and learning resources
Mark learner's work and provide quality and timely feedback and support.Monitor, track and accurately record the progress of learners and apprentices (including completing learner progress reviews) to ensure success is achieved in a timely and cost-effective manner with all documentation timely and accurate.
The Person
You will have relevant vocational experience of L&D and Coaching and a recognised Level 5 qualification in one or the other and experience of teaching/training. You will also have:
Strong communication & self-motivation skills/ability to work autonomously
A passion for learning and development.
A facilitative style in your training delivery and able to manage group participation to achieve learning objectives and outcomes
Ability to work in changeable, operational environments
Excellent organisation/time management/influencing skills
Attention to detail and grasp on compliance
Location: Full time and remote role with occasional travel, based on client needs, and a head office based in Wolverhampton. (Full drivers licence required)
Flexibility: We offer autonomy and flexibility with work hours with the possibility of some evening work (client dependant).
