Brief Description
Network Rail is looking for a Lead Trainer in Signalling & Telecommunications (S&T) and Signal engineering to join the team at Shrewsbury Coleham Depot. In this role, you'll help shape the future of the railway by supporting the development of new entrants, apprentices, and experienced colleagues expanding into new areas of expertise. As a Signalling & Telecommunications (S&T)/ Signal engineering specialist, you'll become part of a collaborative and close-knit team, working alongside multiple Lead Trainers and Senior Trainers, each with their own specialised discipline. This role allows you to make a meaningful impact on other people's careers but also supports your own professional growth through access to funded further education and CPD training opportunities.
