At the London Ambulance Service NHS Trust, we are on an ambitious journey to transform leadership through our Centre of Excellence for Leadership and Culture (CELC) - our very own in-house leadership development programme, proudly recognised by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).

We are looking for an exceptional Leadership and Culture Trainer to join our multi-award winning Organisational Development and Talent Management (OD&TM) team. This is not a typical training role - this is your chance to be part of a movement that is shaping culture, embedding values, and building a pipeline of inclusive, compassionate leaders who can thrive in the complexity of our Ambulance Service.

A dynamic trainer/facilitator with a proven track record in leadership development. Someone who can bring content to life with energy, creativity, and authenticity. Deliver inspiring, interactive leadership development programmes across the organisation

Attend review meetings Conduct skills scans Manage the onboarding of the CELC programme Marking of assignments Quality checking of evidence log Undertake progress reviews Ensuring additional learning hours are being undertaken Action learning sets facilitation Advising, coaching and providing pastoral care Logging and managing the Quality Improvement elements Enrolling and prepping participants for their End Point

Qualifications, Accreditations, Education



Degree or equivalent level of knowledge



A relevant post-graduate teaching/training qualification, or successful



completion of a relevant post-graduate teaching/training qualification within 12 months of commencement in role (eg PGCE, CIPD, City and Guilds)



Professional (CIPD) L&D qualification or equivalent



Experience



Experience of planning, designing and delivering a variety of learning and development interventions



Experience of using blended learning to maximise resources cost effectively



Experience with ESR or other LMS to manage learning delivery



Experience of undertaking Learning Needs Analysis



Knowledge and Skills



Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with colleagues at all levels of the Trust



Adaptable and the ability to work flexibly dependent on circumstances



Design and delivery of learning and development interventions



Confident delivery of presentations to large groups



Demonstrable experience of understanding the audience and engaging colleagues across all levels



Ability to interpret the feedback of learning programmes in order to determine effectiveness and relevance of content



Personal Abilities



Adhere to, promote and role model the Trust values and behaviours



Demonstrable commitment to ongoing personal and professional development



Ability to remain calm and produce high quality work under pressure



Proactive working style and approach to both own and others learning and development
