Overview


We are seeking a highly organized and proactive

Leadership Team Administrator

to provide exceptional administrative support to the Executive Head and senior leadership team at Wilson's School. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations across the leadership group and wider administration team, contributing to the school's ethos of excellence and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:



Act as the first point of contact for the Executive Head and leadership team, maintaining professionalism and discretion. Manage strategic diary scheduling to optimize time and avoid pressure points. Provide secretarial support including correspondence, minute-taking, proofreading, and research. Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and hospitality arrangements. Maintain and update the school website and social media platforms with news and calendar items. Support the Development Office and assist with staff briefings and communications. Administer staff absence approval processes in line with internal procedures. Provide cover for reception duties and first aid on a rota basis (training provided). Contribute to major school events such as open days, examinations, and prizegiving.

Qualifications



Strong administrative experience, ideally within an educational or professional setting. Excellent organizational and time-management skills and attention to detail. High levels of proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence with digital tools. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Flexible and collaborative approach to working within a team. First aid certification (training will be provided if not already held).

Pay: 27,258.00-28,449.00 per year
