Leading Manager, Field Service UK & Ireland (Eire)

Hybrid Working - Stoneleigh, Warwickshire

Job Summary

Provide leadership for our Customer Field Support operational teams to improve customers\' loyalty towards AGCO Corporation brands and to co-ordinate/manage all aspects of customer support within Field Service market and team. Promoting the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall accountability for all Customer field support activities within UK & Ireland (Erie).
  • Supervising and management of the field service team.
  • People management - Recruitment, Retention, Development, Wellbeing and Training.
  • Responsibility for all processes in Customer Field Support.
  • Cross functional alignment and collaboration with other AGCO teams within the market for example branded sales, commercial aftersales and distribution management & training.
  • Management of the financial budgets and forecasts (CAPEX and OPEX) (Policy Goodwill).
  • Management and approval of the goodwill warranties.
  • Implementation of the AGCO targets around Customer Support.
  • Distribution management in Customer Support matters.
  • Lead a team of direct reports.
  • Dealer and Customer escalations, arbitrations, resolution.
  • Represent market at EME Field Service Meetings and Factory meetings.
  • Participate in development and testing of new service projects or tools.
  • Carry out dealer and customer visits as required.
Experience & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree or proven work experience in Agriculture sector or related automotive industries.
  • Management/Supervision/Reporting and Accountability of Field Service teams.
  • Financials/Budget/Forecasting for the whole department essential.
  • Understanding of aftersales business and technical support.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels of stakeholders internal & external.
