Lead Paid Search Manager

, building, optimising, and troubleshooting campaigns yourself. This is a

, ideal for someone who thrives in Google Ads, loves testing new ideas, and is driven by results. You'll oversee end-to-end planning, build data-informed strategies, and ensure continuous optimisation that meets and exceeds business KPIs.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning
: Design and lead paid search strategies tailored to full-funnel objectives, leveraging market insights, platform capabilities, and performance data.
Live in Google Ads
: From building new campaigns to making bid adjustments, reviewing search term reports, updating ad copy, and testing new formats--this is your daily work.
Platform Execution
: Manage campaigns directly within Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, ensuring everything is built to spec and performing at peak efficiency.
Campaign Ownership
: End-to-end responsibility for account structure, keyword research, ad copywriting, audience setup, budget pacing, and performance analysis.
Optimisation & Testing
: Conduct routine account maintenance, A/B tests, performance audits, and troubleshoot issues in real time.
Performance Reporting
: Build and present insightful reports, backed by your own hands-on data analysis in GA4, Google Ads, and other tools.
Tool & Feature Adoption
: Be the first to test and implement new Google Ads features--whether it's AI bidding innovations, feed-based campaigns, or Performance Max configurations.
Team Collaboration
: Work closely with internal teams to align creative, messaging, tracking, and landing page experiences to campaign goals.

Minimum Requirements
Paid Search Expertise
: Proven hands-on experience managing and scaling paid search campaigns via Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, ideally in fast-paced agency or high-growth client-side environments.
Data Fluency
: Strong grasp of conversion tracking, attribution models, GA4 analysis, A/B testing, and deriving actionable insights from performance metrics.
Strategic Thinking
: Ability to link performance data with business goals and build actionable, scalable paid media strategies.
Platform Proficiency
: Confident using tools like Google Ads Editor, Keyword Planner, and budget forecasting models.
Communication Skills
: Clear and professional written/verbal communicator who can translate complex performance metrics into strategic insights.
Project Management
: Skilled at prioritising multiple projects with high attention to detail and accountability for timelines and results.

Ideal Skills & Experience
Experience managing international or multilingual paid search accounts (especially German and French-speaking markets).
Familiarity with advanced Google Ads features such as Performance Max, Dynamic Search Ads, feed-based campaigns, and AI bidding strategies.
Proficiency with SA360, Google Tag Manager, data layer debugging, and custom tracking solutions.
