Seeking a reliable person to join our successful Contracting team based in North Devon. The successful applicant will have knowledge of, or a desire to learn various leadworking skills and attend training as required. The role will be working alongside our fully qualified staff and will involve other semi-skilled plumbing works. An attractive package includes travel allowance, 22 days ' holiday, pension scheme, and a discretionary annual member distribution [bonus] scheme.

Training can and will be provided.

The ideal candidate will have
- Some experience in plumbing techniques.
- Some knowledge of traditional leadwork or demonstarte the capability to learn
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- An interest in both modern and heritage working techniques
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Candidates will be considered for an apprenticeship, career changing opportunity or upskilling from an existing role.

Pearce operates with safety and quality of workmanship as our main priorties and you will play a part in maintaining our high standards. Site work varies from commercial to domestic housing across North devon.
