You will be the first point of contact for many of our learners, helping them feel informed, confident, and ready to begin their learning journey.
This role is central to creating a smooth, supportive, and professional experience for every learner. By building strong relationships early on, you help set the foundation for learner motivation, retention, and long-term success.

Key ResponsibilitiesPrompt & Professional Follow-Up
Contact prospective learners quickly and professionally after an enquiry.
Use phone, email, and SMS to engage learners with personalised communication.
Provide Clear & Accurate Information
Explain course options, entry requirements, funding, and career pathways.
Answer questions around the enrolment process, course content, and post-course opportunities.
Personalised Learner Support
Tailor discussions to the needs, goals, and aspirations of each learner.
Guide learners toward the most suitable course based on their experience and ambitions.
Track & Manage Enquiries
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-up actions, and outcomes in the CRM.
Regularly update learner statuses and identify who requires further engagement.
Convert Enquiries into Enrolments
Proactively guide learners through the enrolment process.
Identify barriers (e.g., funding concerns) and support learners to overcome them.
Follow-Up on Unresponsive Leads
Use structured follow-up plans with varied communication methods.
Send reminders to learners who have paused or not yet completed enrolment.
Work Collaboratively Across Teams
Share insights with Marketing and Recruitment regarding learner behaviour and trends.
Provide feedback on lead quality to support future campaigns.
Deliver Excellent Customer Service
Offer professional, empathetic, and learner-centred communication at all times.

What We Expect From You
Industry Knowledge:
Understanding of funding streams and programmes such as Skills Bootcamps, AEB/ASF, Apprenticeships, and Advanced Learner Loans.
Strong Communication:
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills:
Ability to build rapport, handle sensitive issues, and maintain positive relationships.
Problem-Solving Ability:
Confidence in analysing challenges and finding solutions.
Adaptability:
Comfortable managing changing priorities and meeting deadlines.
Team Collaboration:
Works effectively with colleagues across departments.
Technical Proficiency:
Competent in Microsoft Office and familiar with digital tools and systems.
