Reflections Training has over 40 years of experience in Hairdressing & Barbering Apprenticeships. We offer work-based learning in Bristol, Birmingham and Taunton where Apprentices are based in-salon, earning money whilst attending regular training at the Academies. Here, they develop the skills & techniques needed to achieve nationally recognised qualifications.
Recognised as Ofsted rated "GOOD" in our most recent assessment, we are centrally located with our Bristol & Birmingham Academies offering state of the art facilities & award-winning training from friendly, professional Teams. We offer courses to those taking their first steps in the industry to salon professionals wanting to upskill.
About the Role:
As a
Learner Engagement/Enrolment Co-ordinator
, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our learners. You'll be the first point of contact for young people looking to start a career in
Hairdressing
and/or
Barbering
, guiding them through their enrolment journey and supporting them into apprenticeships or full-time training programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage and recruit young learners for apprenticeships or full-time training programmes.
Support learners in securing employment or placements through liaising with new and existing employers.
Build strong relationships with learners from the beginning of their journey, offering guidance, support, and motivation.
Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective learners to understand their goals and match them with suitable opportunities.
Organise and lead welcome days, open days, and other recruitment events.
Collaborate with the Marketing Team to promote learner engagement and increase recruitment.
Work closely with the Director and management team to support continuous improvement efforts.
Analyse recruitment and engagement data to drive future strategy.

Essential Qualities:
Experience in working with or supporting young people.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Passionate about making a positive impact through education.
Competent with Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business.
Previous experience in the training or education sector.(desirable but not essential)
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
