As a Learner Progress and Attendance Coach, you will play a vital role in ensuring our learners stay on track with their studies and attendance. You'll work closely with students, tutors, and support teams to:
Monitor learner progress and attendance data Identify barriers to learning and engagement Deliver tailored coaching and support strategies Promote positive behaviours and academic success Contribute to learner retention and achievement

This is a dynamic and rewarding role where your support can have a lasting impact on learners' confidence, motivation, and outcomes.
