All our Learner Success Coach roles have been filled but these roles keep coming up and therefore we keep looking for great talent to join us when the time is right.Role OverviewLearner Success Coaches are responsible for maximising retention and ensuring apprentice progress to target by monitoring learner progress, conducting routine progress review every 10 -12 weeks and providing coaching support sessions as required for each learner.You are an experienced Education Coach/Mentor, with excellent administrative and communication skills, an eye for detail and a sound respect for ensuring compliant practices. Youxe2x80x99ll enjoy overseeing a busy schedule of learner meetings and be able to quickly build rapport with learners and line managers from a variety of sectors and disciplines. Youxe2x80x99ll enjoy maintaining key reporting by accurately updating learner LMS and learning platforms.Youxe2x80x99re conscientious and committed to ensuring that learnerxe2x80x99s needs are at the forefront. Youxe2x80x99ll be quick to determine and escalate any risk or issues relating to progress across components to your Line Manager and that you complete written feedback following learner sessions via the learner LMS platform, using the guided form capture.You will ensure that internal reporting is updated to ensure that both employers and Data Mentors are kept up to date with learner progress. Wherever progress to set milestones is not met you will address via progress review actions and objectives set.Key responsibilities:
