We are looking for a Learning Analyst to join our team.

Role summary





As a Learning Analyst within the Insight team, you will be instrumental in harnessing data to derive actionable insights that improve our learning products and learner outcomes. Your role will involve providing proactive and timely analysis and insights into learning quality, outcomes, and challenges, enabling data-driven decisions that benefit and support our learners. You will play a key part in evaluating the effectiveness of our learning resources and instructional methods, and assist in the development of predictive models to enhance personalised learning paths and learner retention strategies.

What you'll bring to the role





This role would suit someone comfortable working independently, with a proactive and innovative mindset, and a passion for enhancing educational experiences and outcomes through data.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy Expert proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical software, with essential experience in Power BI Proven experience with data querying, manipulation analysis using SQL, Python or R Experience with cloud data platforms, specifically Microsoft Fabric, or similar (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse) Ability to interpret complex data and present finding in a meaningful, clear, and concise way to non-technical audiences Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams A proactive and innovative mindset with a passion for enhancing education experiences and outcomes Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines A strong ethical framework for handling sensitive and confidential learner data, with working knowledge of GDPR and learning data ethics A relevant degree in data science, statistics, or a related analytic field; a background in educational technology is a plus Experience in an educational environment and/or understanding of learning science (desirable)
