About the role

Are you an experienced learning and development administration manager seeking your next opportunity?

We're looking for a skilled manager to lead our Learning & Talent Development operations team! As L&TD Operations Manager, you'll oversee systems, compliance, and reporting, ensuring efficient and consistent delivery of training and talent programmes. A strong focus of this role is to ensure robust and reliable operations and continuous improvement.



Responsibilities include establishing formal governance, management of budgets, schedules, suppliers, reporting and maintain delivery standards across all L&TD programmes.

This role is key to the helping the L&TD team in supporting our UK business strategy through the provision of impactful development experiences at scale, with the aims of achieving:
