professional skills

across our firm, empowering individuals at every level to grow, perform and thrive.

This is a key role in our People Team, responsible for shaping and delivering impactful learning across both client-facing and internal teams. You'll lead a talented team of four, design and facilitate engaging programmes, and collaborate across the business to identify learning needs and create meaningful development experiences.

What you'll be doing

Leading the design and delivery of professional skills learning, from workshops to firmwide offsites Coaching and supporting individuals in their development journeys Managing a high-performing team and nurturing a culture of learning Collaborating with stakeholders to align learning with business priorities Keeping our approach fresh, forward-thinking and aligned with the latest in L&D

What you'll bring:

Proven experience in L&D with a focus on professional skills Strong facilitation and presentation skills Experience managing people and leading projects A proactive, collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for people development Ideally, experience in a professional services environment
