This role will revolutionise the way we develop our current and future talent across our global business, evolve our learning culture, and will deliver the best learning opportunities possible for all of our colleagues. The L&D Partner works autonomously as our inhouse L&D expert and uses innovation, expertise and excellent partnership and coaching skills to bring positive change to our colleagues\' experience of growth and development.

  • Leading the development of a learning culture
  • Building and implementing innovative L&D activity across our global business
  • Building skills frameworks, career paths and performance processes to realise our talent.
  • Developing and delivering Management and Leadership development programmes
  • Creating and owning best in class L&D content
If you have the following experience and skills, we\'d love to hear from you:
  • Degree qualified or equivalent experience with a CIPD or L&D qualification
  • Coaching experience and ideally a coaching qualification
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering up to date L&D interventions
  • Experience of introducing talent management techniques and career progression frameworks to organisations.
  • Knowledge and experience of improving performance management cycles
  • Experience of designing and delivering high level Leadership Development solutions.
  • Demonstrable success at building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills - both content creation and delivery to large and/or online groups
