We're looking for a dynamic Academy Partner ( Learning and Development Partner) to help develop confident, capable and engaged teams across our care and village operations. The Role


As an Academy Partner, you'll be a trusted Learning & Development partner across Care Branches, Villages and Head Office. You'll design and deliver learning that supports safe, person-centred care while championing Audley's high-quality, service-led culture. You'll ensure mandatory, apprenticeship and levy-funded learning is delivered effectively, recorded accurately, and reported clearly. Beyond compliance, you'll shape career pathways, support talent development, and drive engagement across care, hospitality and operational teams.


This is a field-based role, covering villages from London to the Midlands, with an expectation of being on-site at villages an average of three days per week.


What you'll be doing


Partnering with Care Branch Managers, General Managers, Heads of Department and HR to identify learning needs and deliver high-impact development solutions
Designing and facilitating engaging learning programmes that support safe practice, onboarding, career progression and retention
Keeping mandatory and regulatory training on track through effective LMS management and clear reporting
Advising managers and team members on development plans, apprenticeships and learning pathways
Maximising engagement with levy-funded learning and apprenticeship programmes
Sourcing and managing external training providers to ensure top-quality delivery and value for money
Building strong relationships across care, hospitality and village teams, positioning the Academy as a trusted and solution-focused partner
Continuously improving learning content so it reflects best practice in care, regulation, adult learning and service excellence


What we're looking for


An experienced L&D professional with experience in regulated care environments is preferable, though applicants with strong learning and development experience from hospitality or other customer-focused sectors will also be considered.


Essential:


CIPD qualification or equivalent professional L&D experience
Experience designing and delivering learning face-to-face, virtually and/or digitally
Confident, engaging facilitator across different audiences
Experience supporting multi-site or field-based teams
Strong stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills
High attention to detail, especially around compliance and reporting
Confident using Microsoft Office and learning technologies (LMS)
Ability to work independently with autonomy and initiative
Experience supporting apprenticeships or levy-funded learning is desirable
Project management experience is desirable


Additional requirements


Ability to travel regularly to our villages, averaging three days per week on-site
Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle with appropriate business travel insurance
