Are you passionate about empowering learners to succeed independently?

Chelmsford College is seeking a proactive and student-centred individual to join our dedicated team as a Learning and Study Centre Advisor.

What you'll do:

Champion independent learning and study skills across all curriculum areas


Support students in dynamic, busy timetabled Study Centres and our newly launched Learning Resource Centres




Collaborate with the Learning and Study Centre Manager to promote and advocate for academic resources, including innovative digital tools


Motivate students to stay engaged, focused, and on track with assignments and coursework


Encourage the development of transferable skills and instil a strong work ethic in every learner
