Required for September 2025 - Hours 8.45 am to 3.30 pm




The Governors of St Peter's C.E. Primary School are excited to welcome a dedicated, caring, and enthusiastic temporary Learning Support Assistant to support a reception child who has medical needs. This temporary post will continue as the child progresses through school.

In this role, you will collaborate with teacher to enhance the learning and development of this pupil. You will promote independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion, supporting in accessing the Early Years curriculum, engaging in learning activities, and achieving milestones. Candidates should be prepared to assist with personal care and medical needs in accordance with school policies and care plans. Support may be required in a small group setting, within the whole class, or on a one-to-one basis.




Candidates should be committed to ongoing professional development and able to work effectively as part of a skilled, knowledgeable, and positive team. Creativity in meeting the diverse needs of pupils is essential. We offer a chance to make a meaningful impact on the school and the wider community, along with extensive training and development opportunities.
