We are seeking a friendly, dedicated Learning Assistant to join our vibrant and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a forward-thinking academy that values every member of staff and is committed to professional development and pupil success.
What You'll Do:
Support pupils' learning across a range of activities, helping them grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
Work closely with teachers to prepare engaging resources and deliver personalised learning plans.
Foster independence and self-esteem in pupils, including those with special educational needs.
Assist with classroom organisation and ensure a safe, stimulating learning environment.
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families, contributing to our inclusive ethos.
Support pupils during off-site visits and collaborate with external agencies when needed.
What We're Looking For:
A caring, proactive individual who enjoys working with children.
GCSEs in English and Maths, and a Level 1 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience).
Someone who communicates effectively and works well as part of a team.
A role model who upholds high expectations and promotes positive behaviour.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
