About the Role:

Monday, Wednesday & Friday - 8.30am to 3.30pm and Tuesday & Thursday, 8.30am to 4.30pm

We are looking for an enthusiastic Learning Assistant to join our incredible team. To support the teaching and learning of pupils, working under the direction of the class teacher and other relevant staff. The successful candidate will have strong subject knowledge, particularly in English and mathematics, and will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour and supporting pupil progress.


The Rushden Primary Academy, part of the Greenwood Academies Trust, opened in September 2015 and reached full capacity in September 2021. The Academy boasts a state-of-the-art building with a dedicated team who aim to provide a vibrant, purposeful environment for children to learn. They are passionate about helping all children to succeed, supporting their development to become active members of the community.


34.5 Hours - Monday, Wednesday & Friday - 8.30am to 3.30pm and Tuesday & Thursday, 8.30am to 4.30pm
