Term-time only. Monday - Thursday, 08:00 - 16:00 and Friday, 08:00 - 15:30.



We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and compassionate Learning Assistant-SEND to join our hardworking and dedicated team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), particularly those with complex learning, communication, and social-emotional needs.

You will work closely with teachers, the Provision Room Manager, and our TA team to deliver tailored support that enables children to thrive both academically and emotionally. Your role will involve implementing personalised learning plans, supporting communication through visual aids and structured routines, and contributing to a nurturing, inclusive environment where all children can achieve their full potential.

You will play a key part in ensuring that pupils access a curriculum that is adapted to meet their individual needs, using approaches such as PECS, visual timetables, 'now and next' boards, Attention Autism, and Intensive Interaction. Training and ongoing professional development will be provided to support you in your role.ge. This is an opportunity to work closely with students across year groups, guiding them to reflect on their behaviour and re-engage positively with school life.

About You



To be a good fit for this role, you will be:

Experienced in supporting children with SEND and following learning plans. Committed to high standards in teaching, behaviour, and teamwork. Knowledgeable about Autism, ADHD, and SEMH. Willing to complete AET Level 1 Autism training. Effective in collaborating with SEND professionals.
