This role is essential in ensuring that our operational teams and subcontractors are equipped with the knowledge and confidence to use new systems and processes effectively--particularly as we roll out platforms like Totalmobile across our infrastructure projects.
You will work closely with Data and Systems Specialists to understand the functionality and purpose of our digital tools, translating that knowledge into accessible, engaging training experiences for site-based stakeholders. You will also support the Change Manager in driving adoption, gathering feedback, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
This is a hands-on, people-focused role that blends technical understanding with communication and coordination skills. You'll be responsible for delivering training, maintaining learning materials, and supporting users both remotely and on-site. Your work will directly impact how our teams operate, collaborate, and deliver excellence across energy, water, and carbon capture projects.
