Established in Australia by C suite Executives in 2012, we have expanded this year into the United Kingdom, to deliver a major career guidance initiative in the Middle East.

We have extensive experience working across multiple stakeholders to deliver solutions that facilitate sustainable employment and workforce optimisation. Our projects range from targeted development programs for large and diverse cohorts, anchored in industry needs, to countrywide employability eco-system design.

About the role



As a Learning Designer, you will lead the design and development of all programs for a Career Guidance Initiative in the Middle East. This includes creating innovative, tech-enhanced learning experiences that align with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and sound learning design principles. You'll apply cutting-edge learning models, while ensuring content remains engaging, personalized, and future-focused through the use of emerging technologies like AI and gamification.

You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of educational quality and compliance through regular content reviews and alignment with accreditation frameworks. The role also involves close collaboration with a range of stakeholders, including clients, subject matter experts, and career practitioners, to ensure programs meet strategic goals and contractual commitments. Your expertise in instructional design will be key in guiding teams toward effective and impactful learning outcomes.

Key responsibilities



Develop capability frameworks, guidance tools, and training content for career practitioners, educators, and support staff across multiple delivery channels Lead the design of age appropriate and culturally responsive career services for diverse cohorts, from school-aged learners to adults Collaborate with consulting team members to translate strategic recommendations into practical, effective and implementable solutions Create innovative, technology-enhanced learning experiences using tools such as adaptive learning systems, AI-driven personalization, and gamification to engage diverse learner needs

Ensure quality and compliance of learning materials,

conducting regular reviews and updates to meet accreditation and regulatory standards.

About you



Essential



5+ years' experience designing and delivering learner centred solutions in a fast-paced complex environment Excellent creative thinking skills with a strong visual design sensibility and ability to develop engaging, future-focused learning content and materials Strong knowledge of key Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, or similar) and experience designing for their capabilities Proven track record in innovative learning design models and approaches Experience and an interest in AI enabled approaches to learning design High resilience, tenacity, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity in fast paced environment Strong work ethic and attention to detail with creativity and energy

Desirable



Bachelor or Master's degree in Education, Learning Design, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field from a Russell Group university Experience working in international contexts, particularly in education, career development, or workforce training
