Learning & Development Administrative Assistant | 6 Months Fixed Term | Head Office, Lisburn Road
Job Summary:
The role of the Learning & Development (L&D) Administrative Assistant is to support the delivery of effective training and development services within our organisation. This role is important in maintaining accurate training records, coordinating training logistics, and ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes within the L&D function.
The L&D administrative assistant manages training data through our Learning Management System (LMS), producing weekly reports, and maintaining both electronic and manual filing systems in compliance with GDPR. Coordinating internal and external training events, arrange venues and refreshments, aa well as providing a welcoming and professional environment for staff attending training.
This role involves regular communication with internal and external stakeholders, management of departmental inboxes and calls, and general administrative support including photocopying and assisting with weekly fire checks.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, friendly, and committed to supporting the ongoing development of our staff in line with the organisation's mission and values.
Key Accountabilities:
To process training data which includes attendance sheets and maintain up to date and accurate training histories for staff in the organisation using an LMS system
The creation of classroom and video conferencing training events
Daily record management: managing allocated e-mail boxes, answering telephone, ensuring queries to internal & external stakeholders are promptly and accurately answered
To maintain accurate electronic and manual filing systems in-line with GDPR regulations
