Key Duties
We're looking for an organised and proactive
Learning & Development Coordinator
to support the delivery of customer-focused training solutions. In this role, you'll manage scheduling, prepare materials, track attendance, and maintain accurate training records. You'll coordinate statutory and developmental training, assist with audits, and support system updates to ensure compliance and efficiency. You'll also help drive management development, track apprenticeships, and provide key reporting through PowerBI. Essential Skills
Organisational Skills:
Ability to manage multiple tasks such as scheduling, tracking attendance, and maintaining accurate records.
Attention to Detail:
Ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and accurate documentation.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication for liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders.
IT Proficiency:
Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with HR/L&D systems; familiarity with PowerBI is a plus.
Data Management:
Ability to update systems, generate reports, and maintain accurate management information.
Problem-Solving:
Capable of identifying issues, escalating appropriately, and following through to resolution.
Confidentiality:
Handling sensitive information securely, especially in coaching and development contexts.
Project Coordination:
Supporting people projects and initiatives, tracking progress, and preparing materials.
Experience
Previous experience in
Learning & Development
or
HR administration

Experience coordinating
training programmes
(classroom, online, and on-the-job).
Knowledge of
statutory and mandatory training requirements
