Learning, Development and Training Specialist L&D
12 Month Fixed Term Contract / Hybrid
Exeter, Devon EX1
Location: Any Devon or Somerset office - but will need to be flexible to travel to different offices especially Exeter and Plymouth
Job type: Fixed Term Contract
Hours: Monday to Friday 36.25 hours per week / part time hours may be considered
Salary: 29,000 - 32,500 per annum
Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment agency, are currently recruiting for a enthusiastic Learning, Development and Training Specialist to join our clients HR Team on a fixed term contract (Feb 2026 - Feb 2027) to cover maternity leave for a group of companies based across Devon, Somerset, Exeter and Plymouth
The successful candidate will be supporting a range of learning, development and recruitment projects - from delivering training and wellbeing events to onboarding new starters and coordinating career initiatives.
This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who's organised, confident, and people-focused, with a genuine passion for employee experience and development.
What you'll do:

• Plan and deliver engaging training and induction sessions

• Coordinate firmwide wellbeing and learning events
• Support recruitment, onboarding and career programmes
• Work closely with leaders and external training providers
• Champion wellbeing and learning across the business

About you:

• Great communication and presentation skills

• Organised, proactive, and adaptable
• Confident using MS Office and Canva
• Experience in L&D, HR or recruitment preferred
