What you'll do:
Be a strategic partner to senior leaders, shaping and delivering high-impact learning and development strategies that drive growth and performance.
Collaborate with People Partners and business leaders to align learning plans with workforce planning and change programmes.
Embed a coaching culture, upskilling managers and leaders through workshops, toolkits, and live coaching.
Design and facilitate engaging learning experiences for everyone--from execs to frontline teams.
Lead leadership and management development programmes, ensuring they support our transformation and Centre of Excellence frameworks.
Deliver organisational development interventions, team effectiveness diagnostics, and cultural alignment projects.
Support talent reviews, succession planning, and development of future leaders.
Use data to evaluate impact and focus L&D efforts where they matter most.
Champion our values, behavioural frameworks, and leadership principles to build a consistent, high-performing culture.
Qualifications
Proven success in strategic and operational L&D, ideally in complex, multi-site environments.
Expertise in adult learning theory, blended design, and delivery.
Strong project management and data-driven decision-making skills.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing abilities.
Commercial awareness--aligning learning to business outcomes.
Digital learning tool proficiency (LMS, Articulate, etc.).
Background in hospitality, retail, leisure, or frontline environments is a plus.
CIPD Level 5+ in L&D (or equivalent) and a commitment to continuous development are desirable.
Insights accreditation is a bonus!
