Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities
RICS is on a journey of transformation - strengthening our foundations, evolving how we work, and investing in the development of our people. As part of this, we're looking for a skilled and delivery ready Learning & Development Business Partner who can make an immediate contribution, to join us on a six month fixed term basis.
Due to the immediate need for this role, we are prioritising applicants who are available to start as soon as possible.
This is a hands on role with a clear remit: to help us address key capability priorities and deliver learning solutions that make a real difference - quickly and effectively. You'll be joining at a pivotal time, with the opportunity to shape and deliver high - impact interventions that support our people and our progress.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for L&D needs across the business
- Conduct learning needs analysis to identify capability gaps
- Design, curate, and deliver learning interventions
- Manage key programmes including induction, mentoring, apprenticeships, and career pathways
- Monitor uptake and evaluate impact using simple metrics
- Support people related projects and maintain L&D processes
- Manage relationships with external providers to ensure quality and alignment
About You
You bring proven experience in designing and delivering impactful learning and development solutions that support organisational growth. You're adept at translating business needs into practical, results oriented learning experiences and thrive in fast paced environments where adaptability and collaboration are key.
You will have:
- Demonstrated success in delivering L&D initiatives within a complex organisational setting
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all levels
- Experience creating and delivering learning content with measurable outcomes
- Analytical skills to interpret data and inform planning and decision-making
- Coaching experience (desirable)
