We're looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to help deliver impactful learning experiences for our clients. If you're passionate about technology-driven learning, love organising and supporting live events, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

Salary:

25,000-30,000 DOE

Location:

Hybrid (Newbury-based office, minimum 2 days per week)

What you'll get involved in



As our L&D Coordinator, you'll play a key role supporting the full delivery of our L&D calendar. From supporting the delivery of interactive workshops and managing learning platforms to coordinating logistics and reporting, you'll ensure every client programme runs smoothly and delivers measurable impact.

Your day-to-day will include:

Supporting live workshops by managing breakout rooms, interactive chats, and technical setup Overseeing learning technology systems and webinar platforms Branding and editing e-learning and micro-learning content Troubleshooting technical issues and liaising with suppliers to optimise performance Producing detailed client reports and analysing training effectiveness Coordinating scheduling, logistics, and maintaining accurate programme records

Who you need to be



We're looking for someone who combines strong organisational skills with tech fluency and a passion for learning. You'll need:

Excellent presentation and ability to engage virtual audiences Confidence with technology and adaptability to new platforms Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights
