We are now looking for an experienced and passionate Learning & Development Facilitator to join our team and play a key role in shaping the skills, knowledge and confidence of our colleagues across our services.


Key Responsibilities



Deliver our blended learning programme through virtual/webinar sessions, interactive workshops and coaching. Facilitate Safer People Handling training and support colleagues to achieve competency. Work closely with Operations, Homes and HR teams to ensure new colleagues receive a strong, supportive induction. Help identify and address skills gaps within our Homes to reduce risk and meet the needs of the people we support. Carry out observational assessments to promote best practice and evaluate learning impact. Use our learning management system effectively to record, analyse and report on learning activity.

About You




Award/qualification in Education & Training. Level 4 People Handling & Risk Assessment Key Trainers Certificate (or equivalent). At least 5 years' experience in the Health & Social Care sector. Strong understanding of the UK care regulatory landscape. Full understanding of person-centred care. Experience delivering training to both large groups and individuals. Experience working with or training teams supporting people with learning disabilities and autism. Strong IT skills and familiarity with LMS systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confident, engaging facilitator with a creative training style. Ability to work independently, stay calm under pressure and maintain confidentiality. Flexibility to travel frequently, including overnight stays. Full driving licence and access to a car.
