to lead and deliver high-quality, classroom-based training across our services in the South and South West of England. You will play a key role in identifying training needs, designing and delivering engaging learning experiences, and supporting the professional development of our teams.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging, classroom-based training sessions across multiple service locations.
Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analyses (TNA) to identify skills gaps and development opportunities.
Collaborate closely with Registered Managers and the Senior Management Team to align training with service goals and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, ensuring continuous improvement.
Support the induction and ongoing development of staff at all levels.
Responsible for working alone side service managers to booking training and maintaining training compliance in region.
Responsible for keeping the eLearning platform up to date for the region
What You'll Need
Minimum experience of 5 years as Learning & Development or Training Manager role, ideally within health and social care or a similar sector.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across the region and staying away from home overnight if needed .
