Reporting directly to the Head of People & Culture, you will be responsible for the design and delivery of a proactive, digital and forward thinking L&D service that meets the needs of the business, whilst staying relevant to the mixed demographics of our people.
As a team we offer tons of support and plenty of opportunities for personal and professional development. We are looking for people with enthusiasm, experience in L&D or learning design and a keen interest in employee experience and engagement.
You will be part of a wider People Services team made up of Talent Acquisition and Resourcing, People Operations, Employee Relations and Business Partnering and will work in a large (c.500 employees) law firm based in Bristol.
