Why This Role Matters
This position will support the Global Head of Talent Development in selecting, tailoring and delivering the professional skills Learning and Development offerings to meet the requirements of the global marketplace. The ideal candidate will have the requisite Organisation Development (OD) experience and facilitation skills, and will be fully invested in creating meaning learning solutions that will develop our employees across the organisation.
How You'll Make an ImpactContribute to the development and implementation of the global Learning and Development strategy Participate fully in developing and implementing approaches to enhance the skills of our people across the full spectrum of the organization In co-operation with the global L&D team, assist with the design and deliver of performance development/business skills learning and development programmes and revise our existing portfolio as appropriate Undertake needs analysis, produce project plans, conduct associated research and deliver on improve projects for teams/departments as required Work with the Global Head of Talent Development to ensure global consistency of programs (recognizing regional differences) Participate fully in the activities of the Learning and Development team and the wider HR team and work closely with other Busi Contribute the developing the Learning and Development programs to build the competency level of employees across the business Support in the delivery of the Learning and Development global programmes globally [on-line and in-person] Market all training programs to appropriate audience including quarterly calendar, and monthly specialist updates Create team building programs as assigned by HR Director Coordinate Off-site training information and scheduling. Oversight of Orientation Programs for new employees on their first day at the Company. This includes a brief history of the organization, current company information and a tour around the office premises as delivered by Training Coordinator. Training Manager delivers training in Training Coordinator's absence. Oversight of induction training curriculum which includes inviting, monitoring and tracking attendance to all mandatory classes for new hires Program manage the L&D training portfolio for all programs, projects and initiatives for the New York office Undertake any other reasonable as requested by manager

What you'll bring to the teamMust have at least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication or a related field. Experienced trainer Experienced coach Broad knowledge in multiple aspects of training. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. Must be comfortable with public speaking. Must possess excellent writing and verbal skills Effective presentation and persuading and influencing skills Experience working in professional services preferred Experienced manager Sense of pride in work, willingness to take responsibility and committed to working as a member of the team Proven ability to work cooperatively with others Positive, committed and prepared to use initiative and learn Energetic, creative and dynamic Confident and relates well to people Excellent oral and written communication skills Proven ability in adhering to budgets High levels of computer literacy and competence Proven forward-planning skills and the ability to manage and prioritise own workload effectively Demonstrable interest in and concern to meet the needs of internal and external clients Ability to travel to deliver programs
