Role: Learning & DevelopmentTrainer for a Children\'s Residential Provider
Location: Greater Manchester
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Excellent Salary: \xc2\xa335,000 - \xc2\xa340,000 per annum negotiable depending upon experience

You are a trainer or assessor with experience delivering in the children\'s residential sector and you possess relevant training or assessor qualifications. The Role: The company is a well established, non-corporate provider of children\'s residential services whom have a fantastic reputation with Ofsted. This a developmental role involving initially the delivery to staff of inhouse residential childcare courses and a 5 day staff induction course. The role will develop to a more senior level when they open their new Learning and Development Centre which will deliver a multitude of children\'s residential courses and training for qualifications and you can be part of creating new accredited courses. Essential Qualities:
- A team player who has a proactive and friendly approach
- A recognised trainer qualification such as PTLLS/AET
- A good working knowledge of MS Office
- A good working knowledge of training, courses and qualifications recognised within the children\'s residential sector A competitive starting salary negotiable depending upon experience is being offered!
