April Complete Care Solutions is a small business in Pencoed. Our goal is to deliver reliable high-quality and person centred healthcare and domiciliary services, which fulfil our clients needs. We offer flexible working; you chose contracted hours or zero hours and min/max hours per week, mornings/afternoons/evenings. For fairness to the whole team, we ask for alternate weekends. Night work is optional and not obligatory, part time or full time hours - a minimum commitment of 15 hours a week is required.

We are currently looking for a Health Care Assistant with experience of working with young adults with Learnining difficulties, who can drive & are willing to work in the Bridgend area to join our team.

We can offer you up to 28 hours a week days Monday to Friday (hours are within school times) and alternate weekends . You will be taking a client on socail activities on a one-to-one basis . You will be caring and compassionate, friendly and reliable, with a positive outlook.

In this role you will:

Engage in all daily activities. Support to prepare diet and fluids Assisting with personal care Supporting clients to maintain their independence.

Enrolment to complete QCF in Health and Social Care
