What You'll Do
Build positive, supportive relationships with young people aged 8-18
Support with daily routines such as self-care, household tasks, and emotional wellbeing
Encourage development through structured activities, education support, and community engagement
Promote independence and choice while ensuring a safe, nurturing environment
Work as part of a team to deliver care plans, track progress, and communicate with families and professionals
