Salary:

50,000 per annum + 5,000 car allowance + up to 15% performance-related bonus

About the Role
ECHO Supported Living Services Ltd is recruiting an experienced and passionate Residential Nurse Manager to lead our team at Merlin House, a new 6-bedded service in Crewe supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, motivated leader who is ready to shape a high-quality, person-centred environment where people can truly thrive. You'll oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring exceptional care standards, staff development, and full compliance with CQC requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the service. Oversee the delivery of high-quality, safe, and person-centred care. Manage, coach, and develop a skilled staff team. Monitor and maintain compliance, documentation, and quality standards. Ensure care plans are accurate, up-to-date, and reflective of individual needs. Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and the wider ECHO team to ensure the best outcomes. Analyse audits, incidents, and feedback to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with active NMC registration. Previous experience in a leadership or management role within Learning Disability or Autism services. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills. A proactive, compassionate approach and a commitment to quality improvement. Full UK driving licence (essential).
