Job Overview:


We are seeking caring, dedicated, and empathetic Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism. In this role, you will assist with daily activities, promote independence, and create a supportive environment tailored to each person's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:


Provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism.
Assist with daily living tasks, meal preparation, and household chores.
Support individuals in participating in community activities and social events.
Encourage independence and help individuals achieve their personal goals.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
Document and report on the progress and well-being of the individuals you support.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals in your care, following company policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 24,420.00-27,000.00 per year

Education:

GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:

Home care: 1 year (preferred)
Language:

English (required)
Licence/Certification:

Driving Licence (preferred)
Work Location: On the road
