What You'll Be Doing
Empowering individuals to live the life they choose
Supporting service users with daily living skills and promoting independence
Encouraging social inclusion through accessing the community, meaningful activities, and friendships
Assisting with personal care, medication, and meal preparation where required
Contributing to, developing, and implementing personalised care plans
Building strong, professional relationships with service users, families, and professionals
Maintaining health and well-being, following PBS strategies when needed
