Tawny Lodge is a small, short breaks service situated in the centre of Selby, with capacity to support four individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and complex needs from 18 years old onwards
We are currently looking to recruit a Learning Disability Support Worker to join our team on an annualised contract, could this be you? The shifts would be 10 hours a night from 9:30pm - 7:30am, working with another staff member at all times. You will be offering 1-1 support for two individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs, including PEG and epilepsy.
You don't need to have experience working as a Carer, as full training and support will be given, but you will need a can-do attitude, compassionate approach to our supporting our service users and flexibility to work some weekends.
