We are looking for a Learning Experience Lead to help drive our team to craft innovative, evidence-based learning experiences that deliver real impact. We're looking for a confident leader and creative thinker to co-lead our multi-disciplinary team, delivering innovative, evidence-based learning solutions for a diverse range of clients.

About You

You're an experienced instructional designer with a proven track record in digital and blended learning. You thrive in collaborative environments, you naturally inspire others, and have a passion for learning innovation. You're proactive, adaptable, and ready to take ownership of complex projects.

Significant experience in instructional design, across both digital and blended formats Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience leading creative teams Excellent storytelling and client-facing communication abilities Deep understanding of learning theory and instructional design methodologies Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and other learning design tools Analytical mindset with the ability to propose resonant learning solutions Background in both agency and client-side environments would be an advantage

About The Role

As our Learning Experience Lead, you'll co-lead a squad of digital learning professionals, bridging creative ideation and execution. You'll oversee project quality, champion innovation, and foster long-term client partnerships. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and inspiring a team of content developers, visual designers, and digital learning specialists Providing strategic oversight and ensuring learning outcomes are met Coaching and supporting junior team members Collaborating with project management on resource allocation and team coordination Consulting with clients to understand needs and propose high-level learning solutions Developing high-level learning concepts and storyboards Translating proposals into clear briefs for the studio team Maintaining accountability for the quality and creativity of deliverables
