More about your role
At PfP, we are committed to creating learning experiences that empower our people and partners to grow. Our Learning Management System (LMS) plays a central role in supporting this mission, and we are seeking a skilled Digital Learning Systems Administrator to ensure it runs seamlessly and seek opportunities for improvement.
The Digital Learning Systems Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support of PfP's LMS. You will be the go-to person for ensuring smooth functionality, secure user access, accurate system configuration, and reliable data integrity.
The essential criteria for this role is listed below

• Experience of working with data
• The ability to identify problems, develop effective solutions, and take a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Proven experience in building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

You will bring strong technical and problem-solving skills with a sharp attention to detail, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills will enable you to build effective relationships and provide clear support across the organisation.
