We are looking for someone to #JoinUs as a Learning Management Systems Administrator in our Learning Support Unit, Learning & Development. Could you be who we are looking for?
About the team/Department you will be joining:
We are an Administration team who are based in Ty Morgannwg (HQ) Bridgend, but there may be the requirement on rare occasions for the successful applicant to work at/travel to other locations throughout the force.
This post is 18.5 hours per week between Monday and Friday and is Temporary for a period covering Maternity Leave. The position suits a level of Hybrid working, as the business allows.
About the role and your key responsibilities:
The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across the organisation and within Learning and Development, in providing guidance and maintaining and developing of our Learning Management Systems. They will also produce, review, and interpret a range of Learning Development and Competency data along with process guides and assist in maintaining Force competency records, for deployment.
What skills and experience do we need you to bring to the role:
Maintaining skills on Learning & Development and National Systems, ensuring records are accurate for deployment.
Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft applications, including a high level of computer literacy in use of Excel and manipulation of data.
Must have a proven record of System problem solving and maintenance including basic troubleshooting techniques and working with partners to ensure prompt resolution of technical issues.
Must have well developed written, presentation and verbal communication skills and experience of developing and delivering learning sessions to targeted audiences and producing Processes & User Guides.
Must have experience of working with reporting tools and producing concise, logical, well- structured and professional reports and be able to interpret data.
Must have experience of recording and monitoring role Competencies to ensure Organisational capability.
