# Your Role:
- Provide thoughtful, individualised support that meets the emotional and behavioural needs of students.
- Assist in designing and delivering tailored SEMH programs that foster growth and independence.
- Help students develop social confidence, emotional regulation, and self-belief through structured interventions.
- Ensure the learning space remains calm, inclusive, and psychologically safe for all.
- Work collaboratively to create personalised SEMH support plans, ensuring effective, targeted care.
- Observe, document, and assess behavioural and emotional progress, shaping interventions accordingly.
- Maintain transparent, compassionate communication with families, educators, and specialists.
# What You Bring:
- Experience working with children, particularly those with SEMH needs.
- Insight into social-emotional learning strategies and special education practices.
- Confidence in using therapeutic techniques and structured support strategies to engage students.
- Strong communication skills for fostering trust and collaboration.
- Patience, empathy, and a deep understanding of neurodiversity and emotional development.
