Mentor - Inspire, Support, Empower

Are you passionate about transforming children's lives? We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate Mentor to provide tailored support, helping young learners gain confidence, develop essential skills, and thrive academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

- Offer individualised mentorship, adapting to each child's learning style and needs.

- Implement effective behaviour management strategies to promote emotional resilience.

- Provide academic support, particularly in Maths, to build strong foundational skills.

- Create and lead engaging educational activities tailored to different developmental stages.

- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and specialists to develop comprehensive support plans.

- Apply behavioural analysis techniques to encourage independence and personal growth.

- Monitor and record progress, delivering meaningful insights and feedback to parents and educators.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Expertise in behaviour management and emotional development.

- Experience in early childhood care, particularly with toddlers.

- Background in special education or related fields (highly beneficial).

- Knowledge of speech therapy techniques (an advantage).

- Familiarity with applied behaviour analysis principles.

- Strong mentoring skills with a focus on empowering young learners.

- Solid academic tutoring abilities, especially in Maths.

- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication to foster positive relationships.

Pay: 102.86-105.00 per day
