In this vital role, you'll do more than just teach; you'll inspire growth, build resilience, and champion each child's unique abilities.

What You'll Do:

Empower & Inspire:

Deliver tailored, one-on-one mentorship that adapts to individual needs and learning styles.

Build Essential Skills:

Provide targeted academic support, especially in Maths, and implement effective behaviour management strategies to foster emotional strength.

Create & Collaborate:

Design engaging educational activities and work closely with parents, teachers, and specialists to ensure comprehensive support.

Drive Progress:

Utilise applied behaviour analysis (ABA) principles to encourage independence and track development, offering meaningful insights to the child's support network.

We're Looking For:

Proven expertise in behaviour management and emotional development. A strong background in mentoring, tutoring (especially Maths), and early childhood care. Experience in special education and familiarity with speech therapy techniques are highly desirable. The patience, empathy, and communication skills needed to build trusting relationships.
