We are seeking a passionate and skilled Mentor to guide young learners on their journey to confidence and success. In this vital role, you will do more than just teach; you will inspire growth, build resilience, and champion the unique abilities of each child.What You Will Do:
Empower & Inspire:
Deliver tailored, one-on-one mentoring that adapts to individual needs, learning styles, and goals.Build Essential Skills:
Provide targeted academic support while implementing effective behaviour management strategies to foster emotional strength and self-regulation.Create & Collaborate:
Design engaging educational activities and work closely with a multi-disciplinary team--including parents, teachers, and specialists--to ensure a comprehensive support network.Drive Progress:
Utilise Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) principles to encourage independence, track development, and provide meaningful feedback to the child's support system.We Are Looking For Someone With:
Proven expertise in behaviour management and supporting children's emotional development. The exceptional patience, empathy, and communication skills required to build trusting and effective relationships. A background in special education and/or familiarity with speech therapy techniques is highly desirable.
