The school is pleased to advertise the role of Learning Mentor, one which will play a crucial role in the education of our students.
The Learning Mentor will be responsible to our Senior Mental Health Lead and will have a duty to ensure and provide a high level of pastoral support over a two-day weekly working period.
We require a suitably experienced person to fill this post which contributes to our high level of pastoral support that we provide our students. The Learning Mentor will work with students, staff and parents focusing primarily on supporting students to achieve their personal best and contribute to their positive wellbeing. They will be calm, confident, organised and be able to effectively communicate with both students and colleagues to achieve positive outcomes.
